K. Rex. Butts. The Spiritual Sickness of Sectarianism

Would YOU lie, cheat, steal the church house of widows and sow discord for this?   Would you follow anyone who said that God Commanded an Instrumental Sectarian Institution for the first claim of a spirit's authority in recorded history? Yes! undoubtedly so.

The Israelites fell into instrumental-trinitarian idolatry at Mount Sinai and God removed The Book of the Covenant of Grace from the Civil-Military-Clergy.  In the Second Law given because of Transgression they were warned that their sin beyond redemption was conditional:

Deut. 18:9 When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
Deut. 18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,

These ăb-ōmĭnor are always MARKED “semimares,” Liv. 31, 12, 8
Signs or wonders "  Liv. 31, 12, 8 Along with "plundering" the temples, among the Sabines, a child of uncertain sex was born, while another was found whose sex, at the age of sixteen, could not be determined. All these disgusting and monstrous creatures seemed to be signs that nature was confusing species; but beyond all else the hermaphrodites caused terror,... In addition, they directed that a hymn be sung throughout the city by thrice nine maidens, and that an offering be made to Queen Juno.

Galli A form gallantes, as if from gallare, "to rave like a priest of Cybelι," is cited from Varro (ap. Non. p. 119Non., 5). In their wild, enthusiastic, and boisterous rites the Galli recalled the legends of the Corybantes (q.v.). According to an ancient custom, they were always castrated (spadones, semimares, semiviri, nec viri nec feminae), and it would seem that, impelled by religious enthusiasm, they performed this operation on themselves... Other names, however, are of distinctly Semitic affinities; Rhea perhaps=the Babylonian Ri (Mulita or Mylitta), and Nana more certainly=the Babylonian Nana, modern Syrian Nani.  Nana motherof Attis

Chrysostom's Commentary on Galatians:

Galatians 5:1.-"With freedom did Christ set us free; stand fast therefore.115 ."

Ver. 12. "I would that they which unsettle you would even cut themselves off." And he says well "that unsettle you."A man that is heretical after the first and second admonition refuse." (Tit. iii: 10) If they will,  let them not only be circumcised, but mutilated. Where then are those who dare to mutilate themselves; seeing that they draw down the Apostolic curse, and accuse the workmanship of God, and take part with the Manichees?

Chrysostom understood that the pagans used vocal or instrumental noise to stir up or create anxiety so that they could steal your food money. Christ outlawed this in Isaiah 55.  Christ outlawed BLASPHEMY in the modern context of saying that God commanded instrumental distractions when  He DID NOT.

But if you will not allow this,  why do you not mutilate the tongue for blasphemy, the hands for rapine, the feet for their evil courses, in short, the whole body?

For the ear enchanted by the sound of a flute hath often enervated the soul;
and the perception of a sweet perfume by the nostrils hath bewitched the mind, and made it frantic for pleasure .

K. Rex. Butts. Self-Defines. Sectarian: Rhetoric, singing, playing instruments define both a heretic or Sectarian as well as a Legalist. If you get your Sheep Skin from those who are not allowed to read BLACK text on BROWN paper, they you too will not be permitted to Read the Text and see it without perversion. Those bent on "transistioning" congregations into the Instrumental Sectarians and hate sectarians do not grasp truth

Matt. 3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying,
The voice of one crying in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the WAY of the Lord, make his paths straight.
Matt. 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:
Matt. 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Acts 24:14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the WAY which they call a SECT,
so serve I the God of our fathers,
believing all things which are according to the law,
        and which are written in the prophets;

The SECT of the WAY or Road or Pattern is NARROW and EXCLUSIVE: Jesus said that the kingdom is within you and He does not pray for the world or kosmos or the ECUMENICAL containing all of those OF the World. Jesus HIDES from these wise or sophists: preachers for hire, singers or instrument players.  This NARROW way, not surprising, does not take the liberty to ADD pieces to the "pattern" which EXCLUDES people. For instance, K. Rex's Instrumental music EXCLUDES most of the people most of the time or they would show up to hear the performance. Furthermore, it excludes people who understand that God used musical instruments which were always sold as the voice of "a" god and beyond dispute takes the place of 'using one mind and one mouth to speak that which is written for our LEARNING. It includes most of the people who are Ahedonic and don't think the rhetoric, singing or playing instruments worth the ticked price which is outlawed by Scripture.

  1. It is beyond redemption to say and promote hate by claiming that the Historic Curch of Christ caused DIVISION because they were in effect disfellowshipped because they refused to stop teaching the WORD and left their own property. The claim is that NOT using instruments was a TRADITION introduced by Churches of Christ.
  2. Christ the ROCK outlawed "vocal or instrumental rejoicing or rhetoric as in preaching" when the people were assembled or synagogued to Rest, Read and Rehearse the Word of God--that one-piece-pattern restored by Jesus and taught in all of the Bible.
  3. Then, that is the meaning of the ADVERSARY and is called lying.
  4. All of the Bible and traditions claim that instruments were introduced by Satan whom Christ called "the singing and harp-playing prostitute" Music Sourced from Devils: demons such as Kairos the demon son of Zeus.
  5. Then there is no hope for the LUCIFER (Zoe, Venus, Eve) principle
  1. If you say that God commanded "worship" with singing with or without instruments.
  2. And you use the curse of the Sacrificial system of a nation abandoned back to Babylon.
  3. And God never commanded the Jacob-cursed and God-abandoned Levites as pattern
  4. Then Christ in Jeremiah 23 calls that blasphemy.
  5. There is no hope for blasphemers.
  1. If you say that "a" spirit commanded you to sow discord by imposing any kind of performance music
  2. "Spirit" is never personified other than defining APOLLON or ABADDON (Hermes-Kairos)
  3. It is absolutely certain that "a" spirit commanded you to do just that: God sends strong delusions to those trying to procure "spiritual" guidance from those doctors of the law Jesus said "take away the key to knowledge."
  4. Lying Wonders includes any of the hypocritic arts and crafts claiming that you are doing something FOR the One True God.
  1. If you say that grace will save you for using any and all religious craftsmen-speakers, singers or instrument players
  2. John says that you are SORCERERS which word defines the original Babylon Mother of Harlots
  3. He says that they are "lusted after fruits" the same basket of summer fruits in Amos 8 who starved people for lack of the Word
  4. The fate of sorcerers, fruits and liars says John speaking for Jesus is to be CAST ALIVE INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.

K. Rex. Butts: One of the great tragedies among Christianity is, I believe, the spiritual sickness of sectarianism.  Sectarianism within Christianity is a adherence to a dogmatic creed of beliefs and practices while believing that any professing Christian failing to adhere to the same dogma is condemned and without salvation in Christ.

The command is always to SPEAK where LEXIS is opposite to ODE.  However, those who impose any kind of performance or hypocritic music, are defined as dogmatic.

Eph. 5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

Dogma makes is seem to say:

Eph. 5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the praise leader is.

Eph. 5:19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,

Dogma makes is see to say:

Eph. 5:19 Singing to the audience with Fanny Crosby and Twila Paris.

False teachers abandon PREACHING the Word by READING the word and confess to using √ and the history of church council as the NEW hermeneutics means a new PATTERN.  No mortal can STUDY God beyond what He has revealed. "Theology" is used in the Greek world to speak of teaching Apollon or Abaddon's views. Apollon or Abaddon is also the "spirit" of the Muses and the Leader of his musical worship team. Anything beyond the Word, Logos or Regulative Principle comes from human imagination and is DOGMA.

Dogma , atos, to/, (dokeōA. that which seems to one, opinion or belief, Pl.R.538c; “d. poleōs koinon” Id.Lg.644d, etc.; esp. of philosophical doctrines, Epicur.Nat.14.7, 15.28, Str.15.1.59, Ph.1.204, etc.; notion, Pl.Tht.158d, al.

DOGMA: A. that which seems to one, opinion or belief, philosophical doctrines, 2. decision, judgement, public decree, ordinance If the elders decide to DO something NOT defined by DOCTRINE then they are called DOGMATIC and violate Romans 14.
The Greek word ARESKOS in Romans 15 outlaws creating mental excitement which is the laded burden Jesus died to remove along with the burden laders.

Dogma is the Greek Autonomia or Self made laws: 3. dogmatism it includes POETRY poi-etikos or poetic license. AW. A. freedom to use its own laws, independence,

Women who need to PEFORM tend to exert authority or AUTHENTIA; songs and sermons are self-authored and are defined as Erotic and Murderous.

Autonomia is used with: theor-etikos A .able to perceive2. of the mind, contemplative, speculative, Philosophy  i. e. one who speculates on truth and reality, 2. of arguments, sciences, etc., scientific, philosophic, Has the meaning of Voluntarius  I. willing, of his or its own free-will, voluntary.

DOGMATIC IN CHURCH means self-composed sermons almost never teaching "that which has been taught" or self-composed silly ditties violating the command to use "that which is written" Paul defines as Scripture

Dogma is: Poi-etikos A.capable of making, creative, productive Opposite to praktikos or useful. Strong, vigorous. with mousikoi II. of persons, skilled in music, musical, melody, used to speak before a mob, elegant, delicate, effeminate. Hedone

Dogma is: Charizo: [Grace] In erotic sense, grant favors, to a man, comedy, gratify or indulge a humor of passion. Give up as a favor by dropping a law aimed at him,

2Pet. 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people,
even as there shall be false teachers among you,
who privily shall bring in damnable heresies,
even denying the Lord that bought them,
and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

Musical bandits boast about "infiltrating and diverting" musical worship teams leading to the use of instrument--machines for doing hard labor in making war or the shock and awe of religious performance.

Heresy as Ariskos in Romans 15 means to plot to "Choose other people's property for your own." Doest thous Rob Temples? Go to it: Scripture says that strong delusions or religious performances claimed to be from or for God is the result of STRONG DELUSIONS. The REST Jesus giveth and the progressives Taketh away.

Rick Atchley was the first one to boast that "we took our youth to hear the best "christian bands" (an oxymoron]: we taught our youth to LEAVE OUR MOVEMENT."

As a Purpose Driven Sectarians or Heretics they are INTENTIONAL DRIVEN (predestined says the text from old) in a frantic sense proven to because 'the devil knows that his KAIROS is short." Kairos is the demon son of Zeus and Khronos at just the right time.

Revelation 18 says that the craftsmen [staff-parasites], speakers, singers, instrument players are SORCERERS who HAD ONCE deceived the Whole World and they will finally be

His is not the definition of HERESY or SECTARIANISM. K. Rex Butts really means that anyone who refuses to accept or be infiltrated by purpose driven instrumentalists.  A heretic is outlawed by Paul in Romans 15 where Paul outlawed Areskos or Placeo which includes rhetoric, singing or playing instruments.  A Church of Christ is built upon or Educated by the Prophets and Apostles. None of the Purpose Driven Discorders honor Christ because they don't need to know the Prophets where "worship services for pay are excluded."

A Sectarian or Heretic is one who used distraction such as rhetoric or music intending to choose YOUR property for their OWN USE.  That has happend many times and it is built on falsehood because contrary to "unity in diversity" Paul says that the cunning craftsmen or sophists (speakers, singers, instrument players" are LYING IN WAIT TO DECEIVE. Many passages prove that they are PREDESTINED because they are evil spirits FROM OLD.

In Revelation 17 John prophesies of the rise of the ANCIENT Babylon Mother of Harlots. In Revelation 18 craftsmen, speakers, singers, instrument players and the "millstone" made a "piping sound" as the ancient mark of the village grinder - prostitute.  John calls the SORCERERS who HAD ONCE deceived the whole world. The prophetic destiny is defined by Christ in Isaiah 30 where these hypocritic mockers will be CAST ALIVE INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE just as they Jews cast infants into the arms of MolocH while they played loud instruments. Music from mystery means "to make the lambs dumb before the slaughter.  These denying the LOGOS or the Regulative Principle invaded many congregations at the prophesied date c. ad 2000. That fits the pattern of BC 4000 which marks the taking captive of the hunter gatherers and made them serve the god-priests with tithes and sabbath worship instead of Rest. Archaeology gives the date close to B.C. 4000

Instrumental Sectarians use 2 Chronicles 29 to prove that God commanded "Instrumental Praise": a spirit told Rick Atchley and disciples so.  However, the Jews were involved in burning infants as an old Egyptian burning sect. Hezekiah substituted GOATS for the burnt offering God did not command. Just after that in

2Chr. 28:3 Moreover he burnt incense in the valley of the son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire, after the abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.

Just after the PROOF TEXT 2 Chronicles 33 they returned to their holocaust as the pattern of those who boast "we used music to teach our youth to leave our movement" (Rick Atchley etal)

2Chr. 33:6 And he caused his children to pass through the fire [immolate] in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

The Prototype of Babylon-Tyre Israel. Sodom not spiritual Israel. Jesus referenced Isaiah and Ezekiel to define the national Worship of the Starry Host--Abaddon The End-Time Fulfillment
For thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings, from the north, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and much people. Ezek 26:7

They will plunder your wealth and
    loot your merchandise;
they will break down your walls
    and demolish your fine houses

and throw your stones, TIMBER and rubble into the sea. Ezek 26:12

Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses,

and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying,

Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the Lord. Eze 33:30

Rev 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Rev 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
Rev 17:6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
I will put an end to your noisy songs, and the music [sound] of your harps will be heard no more. Ezek 26:13

The LXX is more forceful in showing that both the music and the musicians would be silenced---

"And he shall destroy the multitude of thy musicians, and the sound of thy psalteries shall be heard no more." Ezek. 26:13 LXX
My people come to you, as they usually do, and sit before you to listen to your words,
but they do not put them into practice.

With their mouths they express devotion (Lord, Lord as amorousness - inordinate love),

but their hearts are greedy for unjust gain (commerce or trade or attendance). Eze 33:31
Rev 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.   2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird
  And the voice of
harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; Rev 18:22
then I will bring you down with those who go    down to the pit,
to the people of long ago
I will make you dwell in the earth below,
as in ancient ruins, with those who go down to the PIT,and you will not return or take your place in the land of the living. Ezek 26:20

Isaiah 14:11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms [maggots] cover thee.

Amos 5:23 Take thou away from me the noise [
tŭmultus] of thy songs [carmen]  for I will not hear the melody [cantĭcum] of thy viols
Indeed, to them you are NOTHING MORE
than one who sings love songs with a beautiful voice
and [NOTHING MORE than one who]
plays (make melody on) an instrument well,
for they hear your words
but do not put them into practice. Eze 33
Rev 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee;

and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee:

for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries WERE all nations deceived.

I will make thee a terror, and thou shalt be no more:
    though thou be sought for,
yet shalt thou never be found again, saith the Lord God. Ezek 26:2
When all of this this comes true--

and it surely will--

then they will know that a prophet has been among them." Eze 33:33

Revelation 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

or the Serpent or the Musical Enchanter(ess) or "the singing and harp-playing prostitute in the garden of Eden was the first heretic or SECTARIAN.

Paul understood that Jesus had suffered reproaches or exposing His nakedness when the Jewish Clergy musically mocked him to the Cross as well prophesied by the Spirit of Christ in the prophets.

A heretic or sectarian is specificially one who infiltrates a peaceable church intending to divert it to instrumental music sectarianism.

(Heresy is Areskos, Placeo) according to Plato and RickAtchley the best way "was to expose the youth to the best christian bands to teach your youth to leave your movement." Music from mystery means "to make the lambs dumb before the slaughter."

That is the meaning of a heretic or sectarian: Their choice is to invade and CHOOSEyour property for his own use. That is defined as "robbing temples and widows." The Serpent was a "musical enchanter(ess)". The Spirit OF Christ warned about the "singing and harp-playing prostitute in the garden of Eden" where Eve was WHOLLY seduces -- says the law.

2Pet. 2:2 And many [polus MOST] shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
The WAY or Road or Pattern of TRUTH is the LOGOS: Those whom Peter defines as dammable heretics or sectarians MOCK the idea that God has a Regulative Principle: He has given THEM the power.
The Way or Road or Pattern of Truth is NARROW and fools can't find it.

2Pet. 2:3  And through covetousness [avarice, fraudulency, extortion: defrauder]

        and their damnation slumbereth not.

The OLD WORLD was not created by Jesus of Nazareth:

K. Rex. Butts: Such sectarianism is usually built on legalism and a fundamentalist approach to both God and scripture.  Everything pertaining to faith and being a Christian is, according to the sectarian, plainly taught in scripture in black and white fashion with little, if any, ambiguity.

Legalism in the Greek Texts is always applied to professional rhetoricians, singers, instrument players, actors or dancers. The greatest legalist was the craftsman as "theater builder and stage manager." All of these cunning craftsmen or sophists must have talent, must train by exact laws, must perform by set laws, must be judged by set laws and applauded by HIRED Clappers.
Titus 3:8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly,
that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works.
These things are good and profitable unto men.
Titus 3:9 But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions,
and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

Thuc. 3.104  For they then came to see the games, with their wives and children, as the Ionians do now the games at Ephesus. [4] There were likewise matches set of bodily exercise and of music; and the cities did severally set forth dances. Which things to have been so, is principally declared by Homer in these verses of his hymn to Apollo:

But thou, Apollo, takest most delight
In Delos. There assemble in thy sight
The long-coat Ions, with their children dear
And venerable bedfellows; and there
In matches set of buffets, song, and dance,
Both show thee pastime and thy name advance.
[5] That there were also matches of music and that men resorted thither to contend therein he again maketh manifest in these verses of the same hymn. For after he hath spoken of the Delian dance of the women, he endeth their praise with these verses, wherein also he maketh mention of himself:
But well: let Phoebus [Apollon-Abaddon] and Diana be
Propitious; and farewell you, each one.
But yet remember me when I am gone:
And if of earthly men you chance to see
Any toil'd pilgrim, that shall ask you, Who,
O damsels, is the man that living here
Was sweet'st in song, and that most had your ear?
Then all, with a joint murmur, thereunto
Make answer thus: [6] A man deprived of seeing;
In the isle of sandy Chios is his being.

K. Rex. Butts:  God is a mechanical deity who saves and condemns solely on the basis of whether those who seek him follow the teachings of God in scripture which, for the sectarian, is always completely congruent with their particular dogma.

That's True: the Sectarian Disciples-Christians refused to let men like J.W.McGarvey reject the organ in his own church: he was told in the modern sense "get over it or get out."

God is the Father of a Son in contrast to a Mother of a Daughter. Therefore God TEACHES and ENFORCES Commands, Examples and Inferences necessary for any DISCIPLE whom Jesus has freed from Religious Observations "to which the kingdom does not come." On the other hand there is no Biblical or historical exception to the rule well documented that "a man who plays and sings is either drunk, perverted or just mocking." They musically mocked Jesus to the cross.

Pind. N. 9  Muses, we will go in victory procession from Apollon's shrine in Sicyon to newly-founded Aetna, where the doors flung open wide are overwhelmed by guests, at the prosperous home of Chromius. Make a sweet song of verses!... For if, together with many possessions, a man wins renown and glory, there is no higher peak on which a mortal can set his feet. Peace loves the symposium, and new-flourishing victory is fostered by soft song, and the voice becomes bold beside the mixing-bowl. [50] Let someone mix the wine now, the sweet forerunner of victory-song, and dispense the powerful son of the vine in those silver goblets
The Muses are the Locust unleashed by Apollon: they were-are his musical worship team and prove that religious music and gender confusion are always connected.

K. Rex. Butts: According to the sectarian, there is no grace from God for those who seek God in faith and yet error in some aspect.  For example, a person with faith but who holds a different view of baptism than that of the sectarian, is still without salvation.

That's a lie: a man who does not simply PREACH the Word by READING the Word and does not teach what Jesus commanded as the connection between Baptism and Remission of sins IS without salvation because they cannot be a disciple. Grace is personified in Jesus and HIS GRACE provides a way to escape DELIBERATE sin such as instrumental sectarianism and deliberately sowing discord.

K. Rex. Butts: Sectarianism is not just spiritually unhealthy, it also depends on the sin of arrogance and pride.  You see, the sectarian believes he or she has studied scripture and understood correctly that is necessary to be saved by God…

Nimrod led around his musical worship team claiming to "restore morals by mechanical means." Instruments are MECHANICAL or machines and modern science knows that loud singing with or without instruments frazzles the nerves and creates the Laded Burden Jesus came to silence. Most loud congregational singing with or without instruments causes DECIBEL POISONING and is probably responsible for the "spiritual anxiety created by religious rituals."

K. Rex. Butts: God is a legalist and the sectarian has understood the scripture enough to legally be right and that is the basis of salvation.

God has LAWS: in the Bible and in church history it is caused CENI.  The Word is LOGOS is the Regulative principle and it outlaws preacher's opinions, preachers experiences, rhetoric, singing, playing instruments or otherwise INTENTIONALLY trying to SILENCE Jesus.

K. Rex. Butts: The sectarian has never considered that it is they who might be in error and if you press the sectarian on this issue, they’ll typically respond with a repertoire of proof-texts ripped from scripture with little consideration to the context in order to defend themselves and posit their detractor as the one who is wrong.

ALL of the instrumental Sectarians pull texts from the Jacob-Cursed and God-Abandoned Levites for the use of instrumental music. However, there is no command, example or remote inference of God calling His people out of their REST to engage in group singing with or without instruments. Instruments in the face of a holy God are always connected with GENDER CONFUSION AND BURNING.  If you sell learning at retail Paul calls that corrupting the Word and the Greeks called it prostitution. God HIDES from the wise or sophists meaning speakers for hire, singers or instrument players and speaks DIRECTLY to the babes through His printed text.

K. Rex. Butts: And though the sectarian would never admit it, what sectarianism turns out to be is a subtle but sure way of self-reliance for salvation rather than genuine faith in God (e.g., the sectarian is saved because they know their [?] right not because they trust God).

NOT using instruments outlawed from the wilderness onward is NOT guilty of self-reliance: anyone who works and collects money to keep an institutional organization depends on HIS work for salvation while deliberately sowing discord. If you just quote the text then you KNOW dogmatically that you are right: that's all of the one-piece pattern.

K. Rex. Butts: The prayer of Hezekiah during the celebration of the Passover in 2 Chronicles 30-13-24 is one passage that reaffirms why sectarianism will not hold water.

2Chr. 30:12 Also in Judah the hand of God was
to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes,
by the word of the LORD.

Dabar is Logos or the Word of God: Logos is defined as the Regulative Principle and is opposite of any personal opinions, personal references, singing, playing an instrument or acting.

2Chr. 30:13 And there assembled at Jerusalem much people t
o keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month,
        a very great congregation.
2Chr. 30:14 And they arose and took away the altars that were in Jerusalem,
and all the altars for incense took they away,
and cast them into the brook Kidron.

God did not command a king, kingdom, temple, altars, priests, Levites, animal sacrifices or burnt offerings.  The Levites were Jacob-cursed and God abandoned and had no spiritual authority to do anything be use loud noise to keep the godly Jews away from the not-commanded temple.

2Chr. 30:15 Then they killed the passover on the fourteenth day of the second month:
and the priests and the Levites were ashamed,
and sanctified themselves, and brought in the burnt offerings
into the house of the LORD.

Sacrifices or Burnt offerings were NOT commanded but imposed because of musical idolatry in Isaiah 1 and Jeremiah 7

2Chr. 30:16 And they stood in their place after their manner, according to the law of Moses the man of God: the priests sprinkled the blood, which they received of the hand of the Levites.
2Chr. 30:17 For there were many in the congregation that were not sanctified: therefore the Levites had the charge of the killing of the passovers for every one that was not clean, to sanctify them unto the LORD.

These people violated the Law "which was given because of transgression." That was instrumental and trinitian and perverted "play" on the Rest Day. There was no spiritual value in the passover because remember it or not they immediately fell back into burning infants after Hezekiah died. Jesus affirmed that there is nothing unclean as the Jews taught as "Jewish Fables."

K. Rex. Butts: What strikes me is that many of the people who have been summoned to celebrate the Passover, have not been able to purify themselves “…Yet they ate the Passover, contrary to what is written” (v. 18, NIV)  Hezekiah’s response is to, unlike the typical sectarian, pray for them rather than condemn them.

2Chr. 30:18 For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves,
yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written.
But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD pardon every one
2Chr. 30:19 That prepareth his heart to seek God, the LORD God of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary.
2Chr. 30:20 And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah,
and healed the people. [so they didn't get killed: not to save them]

K. Rex. Butts: So he pray’s for these people because they are people of faith…people whose hearts are set on God, seeking God.  Hezekiah’s prayer is for God to “pardon” (literally, “atone”) the people.  God’s response is told in v. 20, “And the Lord heard Hezekiah and healed the people.”

This reverence and godly fear was "spiritual anxiety created by religious rituals." Jesus called it a Laded Burden meaning the instrumental noises at sacrificial alters which terrified people into worship meaning to fall on their face. Paul outlawed this in Romans 15 so that the SECT that is called the WAY or narrow road could conduct synagogue meaning "using one mind and one mouth to speak that which is written for our learning" or Scripture for our comfort.  Rhetoric, singing and playing instruments are the hypocritic arts Jesus condemned of the clergy.

After this was finished the temple was polluted by the invasion of the Assyrian Pattern so that the godly people had abandoned the city. As part of PURIFYING the people notice that they tore down all of the SECTARIAN MUSICAL churches:

2Chr. 31:1 Now when all this was finished, all Israel that were present went out to the cities of Judah, and brake the images in pieces, and cut down the groves, and threw down the high places and the altars out of all Judah and Benjamin, in Ephraim also and Manasseh, until they had utterly destroyed them all. Then all the children of Israel returned, every man to his possession, into their own cities.

K. Rex. Butts: So much for God being a mechanical deity who operates according to the rules of legalism rather than humble faith.

Sectarianism and grace cannot coexist.  Sectarianism and faith cannot coexist.
The former depends on our own self-assurance,
while grace and faith depend upon God.

The problem with sectarianism is that at some point we all come to the realization that we fall short…woefully short.  Some learn what it means then to seek God’s grace by faith.  Unfortunately, others just give up seeking God.  That is why sectarianism is one of the great tragedies among Christianity.

Ephesians 2 is used by TRUE SECTARIANS intending to sow discord. No one asks Saved or SAFE FROM what or whom?
