'snow queen.'
Irene was also a Goddess in her
own right, and she had an attendant named Opora
'autumn.' The Horae who
'greeted' Aphrodite on the shores of Kyprus were
her three high
priestesses who carried her statue through the shallows, clothing it on
the beach during her bathing and purification festival. Irene was
the Crone, bringer of the peace of death,
Agape the ruler of sacred sexual
rites, and Chione was the new year, born at Winter
Solstice,
unapproachable and serene.

No one willing to sow massive discord can possibly be speaking the

God turned over to worship the starry host.
You have to go OUTSIDE of the massed multitudes to find Jesus

The Bible points outside of itself to identify the false religionists

the Bible. Those familiar with the musical fall from grace at
Mount Sinai will know that MUSICAL noises were excluded when the common
people assembled ONLY for instruction from God.

The unique "worship" word beginning in the wilderness for the
civillians was synagogue: people were gathered together for the sole
purpose of
PREACHING the Word by
READING
the word and to
"gather" or center their minds on the only resource of "textbook." This
would be oral teaching from Moses handed down to leaders of small
groups. Then, it would be any written material which any competent
elder would store in their minds. An APT elder would be
capable
of memorizing much of the whole text.
Well, sorry we missed the Qahal, synagogue or Church of Christ in the
wilderness. It is defined inclusively and exclusively of
vocal or
instrumental rejoicing or "high sounding speech."
After the Israelites fell or were led into musical idolatry at Mount
Sinai God abandoned specificially the tribe of Levi to lead the worship
of the starry hosts: Acts 7 is parallel to Amos.
Christ
ordained the Qahal, synagogue or church of Christ in the wilderness.
This was the common word for "synagogue" which was for all of the
SPIRITUAL people who were
quarantined from the Levi clergy who had been CURSED
by Jacob and ABANDONED to worship the starry host. Whatever you find
being done "musically" it is defined as EXORCISM noise and never called
"music."
WHY TAKE A CHANCE ON THE ABSOLUTE SIGNS THAT GOD HAS SENT
YOU STRONG DELUSIONS?
We know exactly what the Church of Christ is inclusively and
exclusively beginning in the wilderness after the evil sect fell into
musical idolatry at Mount Sinai.

years, that is in the year of release,
during the feast of Tabernacles, the Law was to be

But
this enactment was probably soon found to be
impracticable;
and thus the Jewish authorities arranged
to read on every

sabbath after the feast of
Tabernacles in one year of release
and ending with the
feast of
Tabernacles in the next year of release,
a portion of the Law so
calculated that the whole Pentateuch would be read through in seven
years.
This
would in
some way the commandment be fulfilled. Some time later,
the Jews of
Palestine lengthened the sections for each sabbath
in such a manner
that he entire Law could be read in three years (Talm. Babyl.

WHAT
IS
DIRECTLY EXCLUDED FOR THE
CHURCH
God
only authorized the two silver trumpets: these were reserved for
sending important signals. However, many people had their own
flutes or shofars, tambourines and sistrums: Miriam
had her sistrum as
a priestess or prophetess in Egypt. The
women especially were
prone to parade around singing, clapping, dancing and beating on
instruments. As a prophetess the word means soothsaying just
as does the prophesying of the Levitical warriors.
Therefore, the command:
Num. 10:5 When ye blow an alarm,
then
the camps that lie on the east
parts shall go forward.
Num. 10:6 When ye blow an alarm the second time, then the camps that
lie on the south side shall take their journey:
they
shall blow an alarm for their journeys.
These instruments never made "music" but were used by direct command to
be reseved for signalling people.
The general population was called into assembly to
communicate
information from God through Moses to sub-groups.
Num. 10:7 But when the congregation
is to
be gathered together,
ye shall
blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm. [h7321
Ruwah explaining the boast about Worship Wars.]
See
how Judas would fail
to alarm or triumph over Jesus: this was left for
the Levitical
Warriors to musically mock Jesus up to the Cross.
The command of God which did not include "musical instrument" in the
Law of Moses were only for the tribe of Levi and sons of Aaron.
No one else was
permitted to blow trumpets which were reserved for sending "certain
sounds" as signals.
Num. 10:8 And the sons
of Aaron, the
priests, shall blow with the trumpets;
and they
shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations.
When the plague-stopping animal slaughter in 2 Chronicles 29 used as
proof text for instruments, this is the COMMAND given for the trumpets
because God abandoned the Civil-Military-Levite complext to make war
and not make worship.
There were other specific signals for other events.
In the
not-commanded animal sacrifices they signalled events and never "made
music."

Cynics
Diogenes, in
particular, was referred to as the Dog..
a distinction he seems to have
revelled in, stating that "other dogs bite their enemies, I
bite my friends to save them."
Later Cynics also sought to turn the word to their advantage,
as a later commentator explained:
There are
four reasons why the Cynics are so named. First
because of the indifference
of their way of life, for they make a cult of indifference and, like
dogs, eat and make love in public, go barefoot, and sleep in tubs and
at crossroads. The second reason is that the dog is a shameless animal,
and they make a cult of shamelessness, not as being beneath modesty,
but as superior to it. The third reason is that the dog is a good
guard, and they guard the tenets of their philosophy. The fourth reason
is that the dog is a discriminating animal which can distinguish
between its friends and enemies. So do they recognize as friends those
who are suited to philosophy, and receive them kindly, while those
unfitted they drive away, like dogs, by barking at them.

points to older males. They plucked the harp string in order to seduce

The Churces of Christ
never belonged to the
Disciples and could not
have separated: it was the Christian Churches who sected out of the
Disciples from 1927 to 1971. Ronnie and friends seem to think
that the ANTI-instrumntal Church of Christ REMOVED instruments from the
church. Some confessions were made that grand buildings
constructed out of full carpetbags could not be supported. Therefore,
the building war led to the worship wars with church organists being
high paid professionals. The intention was to attract the largest
miscellaneous crowd. One of the first free black Methodists
churches discovered that a loss of support caused by division could be
made up by having concerts. This quickly led to introducing music in
the church.
Presbyterian group:
In the realm of Church Praise there was at that time throughout the
Presbyterian Church a movement to overcome
the old antipathies towards the introduction of instrumental music and
the congregation was not immune from this tendency. In May, 1887,
the Committee voiced the ever increasing desire for such innovation in
a request to the Session to agree to the School organ
being used at public services,
but, by August it had become evident that agreement
could not be reached and the matter was allowed to drop in
the meantime.
By
November, 1907, the question of the installation of
an organ in the Church was again raised and, this time, the Session
agreed to the proposal. It was arranged, pending the purchase of a
suitable instrument, to hire one.
The same FALL into musical idolatry happened at about the same time and
split all protestant groups.
None of the groups influenced by the Campbells had ever used
instruments because they were Biblically literate and ethically
reverent.
Those who IMPOSED instruments deliberately SOWED DISCORD and offended

And
NOT to make MELOS in the musical sense.
The PATTERN is defined inclusively and exclusively for the Church of
Christ in the wilderness. In both the Old and New Testament the writers
WARN us against the musical and always perverted practices of the
Gentiles. Getting drunk on wine is commonly made to mean "getting PIPED
DOWN with wine." Only after you have caused the minds to be
calm
and not aggitated is it remotely possible to speak CHRIST'S songs and
sermons to EDUCATE.

The Disciples invented the word PSALLO to justify their musical
sectarianism for the first time in 1878. However, every
heresy
carries along the MARK to identify the NATURE of those lying about God
and to God about His Word. The fact that you can PLUCK a harp string
does not mean "make music." All of the NACC's proof texts proving that
it means to play a harp are from the context of older males plucking
the harp string skillfully to seduce the young males whose hairs had
been plucked as "priestlings of the mother goddess."
PSALLO: WHY WOULD
GOD IN CHRIST THE SPIRIT
PICK A WORD DEVOTED TO WARFARE AND PERVERSION FOR WORSHIP?
PSALLO LITERALLY MEANS TO MAKE WAR: THE LEVITES (baby burners from
Egypt) were under the KING and COMMANDERS OF THE ARMY.
GOD
gave them kings IN HIS ANGER because of musical idolatry at Mount Sinai
and DEMANDING a human king because they wanted to live and worship LIKE
THE NATIONS. So, Jerusalem is called SODOM and the CENTER of STAR and
SERPENT worship.

Anderson Proof Text: Zondervan
Pictorial Bible Dictionary. Grand Rapids, Michigan,
1963. P.694.
Psalmos
– “Its name in Latin and English Bibles
. . . comes from the Greek, Psalmos, which means ‘twangings
[of harp strings]’,
and then, as a result, songs sung to the accompaniment of
harps. This
latter name originated in the LXX (cf. its NT authenticity, Luke 20:42)
and reflects the form of the book’s poetry. The same is true
of its
alternate title, Psalterion, meaning ‘psaltery,’
and then, a collection
of harp songs, from which comes the English term ‘Psalter.’”
That was never
stated in any
historical document.
Psallo means to "pluck with the fingers and never with a
plectrum" because it is derived from plucking the bow to make war .
It never MEANS to twang a harp strings: it was used IN
CONNECTION
with a harp string and could just as easily mean to pluck out the
private hairs of the youth being seduced by harp lucking.
As
the INSTRUMENTS were under the KING and commanders
of the ARMY
to make
WAR and never worship, why would people use a word claiming--with the
modern discorders--to MAKE WAR to drive out the OWNERS in order to turn
the property over to the original WAR MAKERS?
PSALLO MEANS to touch or strike: that's it. If you
touch or
pull a bow you intend to damage the literal heart.
When you
psallo or TOUCH or STRIKE a harp string
you produce a
twanging sound: that does not mean make music.
Psallo was
used to mean "play" or pluck a STRINGED instrument." It still
means to play or pluck but when used to indicate the plucking of a
harp string the CONTEXT was of sexuality or perversion in the civil or
pagan festivals.
To MARK those he defines, Paul placed the
melody IN THE HEART and in Colossians 3 used the equivalent word with GRACE
in the heart: melody and grace were qualities of
speech among
the
civil people.
Psallô
primarily to pluck a
bow string to make it twang to send forth a singing arrow
When used of the
strings of a
musical instrument
"play a
stringed instrument with the FINGERS, and not with a PLECTRUM."
- Psallo only PERMITS plucking a string
with your FINGERS:
- it specificially EXCLUDES plucking
with a guitar pick because
it is a BOW PLUCKING WORD.
- Psallo can NEVER mean to blow a
flute, beat on percussion
instruments, play a piano, play an organ or blow a trumpet.
- Psallo can never mean (1) sing and (2) pluck a (3)
stringed instrument.
Psallo can NEVER be used of anything but a STRINGED bow or a
STRINGED instrument.
If you want one word meaning to PLAY
THE HARP to
accompany a song the word is
Anti-Psallo A. play
a stringed instrument in accompaniment of song,
But, again, you are MARKED by the psallo words just as a BEAST is
defined as "a new style song or drama."

BUT
HOW ABOUT DAVID?
God
abandoned
the nation of Israel to worship the starry host BECAUSE of musical
idolatry at Mount Sinai. When the ELDERS fired God and demanded a

nations. Anyone who has read Samuel knows that God terminated
His

Psalmos
also appears
in the LXX as equivalent to the Hebrew word neginah [5058]. This Hebrew
term is used to describe a wide variety of songs. Neginah is translated
by psalmos in Lam 3:14 (song), in Lam 5:14 (music)
and in
Ps 69:12
(song). It is striking to observe that in the LXX
translation of
Lam
3:14 and Ps 69:12, psalmos, or its verbal form, is used for
songs
that are not only uninspired but are in fact the product
of the
wicked, even drunkards, who mocked God and His word. The
Hebrew
term neginah is used elsewhere in the Hebrew Scriptures of: the songs
of the wicked, Job 30:9 (song); the inspired praise of God,
Psalm
61 title (Neginah-a song performed on a stringed instrument); and the uninspired
praisd of the Lord composed by King Hezekiah, Is 38:20 (my

THE
PRIMARY MEANING OF PSALLO
IN LATIN
Notice that words are not "defined" but show how they are used.
Psallo does not mean "play upon a stringed instrument" but
means
"play" or "pluck." If you tell someone to PLAY they will
think
you are crazy unless they tell you WHAT to play.
Where psallo is used IN CONNECTION with an instrument ALL of the recorded examples identify pagan and often perverted people.

Sal. Cat. 25 In the
number of those ladies
was Sempronia, a woman who had committed many crimes with the spirit of
a man. In
birth and beauty, in her husband and her children, she was extremely
fortunate; she was skilled in Greek and Roman literature; she could
sing,
play, and dance, with greater
elegance
than became a woman
of virtue, and possessed many
other accomplishments that
tend to excite the passions.
But
nothing was
ever
less valued by her than
honor or chastity. Whether
she was more
prodigal of her money or her reputation, it would have been difficult
to decide. Her
desires were so ardent that she
oftener made
advances to
the other sex than waited for solicitation. She had frequently, before
this period, forfeited her word, forsworn debts, been privy to murder,
and hurried into the utmost excesses by her extravagance and poverty.
But her abilities were by no means despicable;
she could
compose verses, jest, and join in
conversation either
modest,
tender, or licentious. In a word, she was distinguished by
much
refinement of wit, and much
grace of expression.

those wretches want? Are they going to take their wives with them to
the camp? how can they do without them, especially in these nights? and
how will they endure the
Apennines,

these frosts, and this snow? unless they think that they will bear the
winter more easily because they have been in the habit of dancing naked

SINGING WITH A HARP.
To play a harp you need the word psallo (to play)

indicate what instrument is to be used what what

would have been a rhythm and not a "tune."
Each instrument was indicated by a compound word.
To play AND sing there were other COMPOUND words.

Still it is the day of assembly; all should be here at daybreak, and
yet the Pnyx[8] is still deserted. They are gossiping in the
marketplace, slipping hither and thither to avoid the vermilioned rope.
Note:
9 Several means were used to force citizens to attend the assemblies
[ekklesia]; the shops were closed; circulation was only permitted in
those streets which led to the Pnyx; finally, a rope covered with
vermilion was drawn round those who dallied in the Agora
(the
market-place), and the late-comers, ear- marked by the imprint of the
rope, were fined
So, the evidence is, as boasted, that people are dissociated by forcing
them to endure music. The purpose is that with time the
deliberate mixing of God's people with the ungodly will gradually be
tolerated. The person who USES music has a long list of ancestors
dating back to Satan. For instance, Revelation 17 says that the end
time Babylon mother of harlots will use the "lusted after fruits" as
speakers, singers and instrument players. John in Revelaiton

[4] Such objects are to
be found in
virtuous
deeds; these implant in those who search them out a great and zealous
eagerness which leads to imitation. In other cases, admiration of the
deed is not immediately accompanied by an impulse to do it. Nay, many
times, on the contrary, while we delight in the work, we despise the
workman, as, for instance, in the case of perfumes and dyes; we take
a delight in them, but dyers and perfumers we regard as illiberal and
vulgar folk. [5] Therefore it was a fine saying of Antisthenes, when
he heard that Ismenias was an excellent piper: "But he's a worthless
man," said he, "otherwise he wouldn't be so good a piper." And
so Philip once said to his son, who, as the wine went round, plucked
the strings charmingly and
skilfully,
"Art not ashamed to pluck
the strings so well?" It is enough, surely, if a king have leisure to
hear others pluck the strings, and he pays great deference to the
Muses if he be but a spectator of such contests.

Aristophanes, Knights
This is what he bids us say in reply to your questions; [515] it

opinion, nothing is more difficult than to cultivate the comic Muse;
many court her, but very few secure her favours.
Moreover, he

fate befell Magnes,

rivals; he had sung in all keys, played the lyre and
fluttered wings;
he turned into a Lydian and even into a gnat, daubed himself with green

him; [525] in
his old age you hooted and

Cratinus

only songs at the banquet were,
[530] “Doro,

so
great was his
renown. Look at him now! he drivels, his lyre has neither strings nor

withered chaplet; the poor old fellow is dying of thirst;

son, whom in fear of my mother I placed in that bed of yours, [900]

and found him delighting his soul with a clear-toned lyre, fair and
richly wrought, whereon was a bridge of silver; this had he taken from
the spoil when he laid waste the city of Eëtion. Therewith was he
delighting his soul, and he sang of the glorious deeds of warriors; [190] and
Patroclus alone sat over against him in silence, waiting until Aeacus'
son should cease from singing. But the twain came forward and goodly
Odysseus led the way, and they took their stand before his face; and
Achilles leapt up in amazement with the lyre in his hand, and left the
seat whereon he sat; [195] and

press the youth for the third fall, when I,
[277d] perceiving the lad was

give him some breathing-space lest he should shame us by losing

that these arguments seem strange to you; for perhaps you do not
discern what our two visitors are doing to you. They are acting just
like the celebrants of the Corybantic rites, when they perform the
enthronement of the person whom they are about to initiate. There, as
you know, if you have been through it, they have dancing and
merrymaking: so here these two
[277e] are merely dancing
about you and performing their
sportive gambols with a view to your subsequent initiation. You must
now, accordingly, suppose you are listening to the first part of the
professorial mysteries. First of all, as Prodicus says, you have to
learn about the correct use of words--the very point that our two
visitors are making plain to you, namely, that you were unaware that
learning is the name which people apply on the one hand to the case
of a man who, having originally no knowledge about some matter, in
course of time receives such knowledge;
In
every Greek city the god
Dionysus was worshipped by fraternities and sororities and also by
mixed communities. Dionysus was a god of fruitfulness and vegetation
but especially of wine. The Dionysiac festivals provided an
opportunity for stepping outside of the daily routine. The festivals
included not only drinking wine and engaging in sexual
activity but also participating in such significant features of Greek
civilization as choral singing and mimes.
In many cases, only the initiated could participate in the
ceremonies. As almost every Greek did join in, initiation into the
Dionysiac cult might be compared to tribal initiations. It seems that
initiation into the Dionysiac Mysteries was accompanied by
initiation into
sexual life. The
act of
producing offspring, however, could never be wholly separated from
the thought of death, so that the worshippers of Dionysus were aware
of a mystic

Vincent notes: Render delighting
in humility.
This rendering is well supported by Septuagint usage. See 1
Sam. xviii. 22; 2 Sam. xv. 26; 1 Kings x. 9; 2 Chronicles ix. 8. 200 It
falls in, in the regular participial series, with the other
declarations as to the vain conceit of the teachers; signifying not
their purpose or their wish to deprive the Christians of their reward,
but their vain enthusiasm for their false doctrine,
and their
conceited
self-complacency which prompted them to sit as judges. The worship of
angels involved a show of humility, an affectation of superior
reverence
for God, as shown in the reluctance to attempt to approach
God otherwise than indirectly: in its assumption
that humanity,
debased
by the contact with matter, must reach after God through successive
grades of intermediate beings.
Worship Teams work great for this: it is not

GIVING YOUR BODY TO BE
BURNED
Thalrgelia in Greek religion, one
of the chief
festivals of Apollo
at Athens, celebrated on the sixth and seventh days of Thargelion
(May-June). Basically a vegetation ritual upon which an expiatory
rite was grafted, the
festival was named after the first fruits, or the first bread from
the new wheat.
On
the first day of the
festival, one or two men (or a man and a woman), representing the
deity but also acting as scapegoats for community guilt, were first led through
the city and
then driven out. Occasionally, as in times of heavy calamity, they
were
sacrificed, being
either thrown into the sea or burned on a funeral pyre. On the second day of
the festival,
there were a thanks offering, a procession, and the
official
registration of adopted persons.
"dionysus's
worship is thus
established by the simple means of killing the opposition. It has been suggested
that every tragic
hero who suffers
and
dies on stage
at the Dionysia, the great
dramatic festival at Athens (of the South?), is
in fact dionysus
himself, being killed."
In
the Eleusian mysteries, the
wine was not noted for its alcohol but for drugs perhaps from
fermented barley or from mushrooms used to bring on the exhilaration. Of the priest, it is
said that:
"As
he performed the
service, he intoned
ancient chants in a falsetto
voice, for his
role in the Mystery was asexual, a male who had sacrificed
his gender to the Great Goddess.
Hebrew
Sa'ir La-'aza'zel ("goat for Azazel"), in
the Old
Testament ritual of Yom Kippur (Lev. 16:8-10), a goat
symbolically burdened
with the sins of the Jewish people. Some scholars
believe that the animal was
chosen by lot to placate Azazel,
a wilderness demon, then outside
Jerusalem to rid
the
nation of its iniquities. By extension, a scapegoat has
come to mean any group or individual that innocently
bears the blame of
others.
The
use of scapegoats has a
long and varied history involving many kinds of animals, as well as human
beings. In ancient
Greece, human scapegoats (pharmakos) were used to mitigate
a plague or other calamity or
even to prevent such ills. The Athenians chose a man and woman for
the festival of Thargelia. After being feasted,
the couple was led

Greek
Religion: Popular religion
flourished alongside the civic cults. Peasants worshiped the
omnipresent deities of the countryside, such as the Arcadian goat-god
Pan, who prospered
the
flocks, and the nymphs
(who, like Eileithyia, aided women in childbirth) inhabiting caves,
springs (Naiads), trees (Dryads and Hamadryads), and the sea
(Nereids). They also believed in nature spirits such as Satyrs and Sileni
and equine Centaurs. Among the more popular festivals were the rural
Dionysia, which included
a phallus pole;
the
Anthesteria, when new wine was
broached and
offerings were made
to the dead; the Thalysia, a harvest celebration; the
Thargelia, when a scapegoat (pharmakos)
assumed the communal
guilt; and the Pyanepsia, a bean
feast in which boys collected offerings to hang on
the
eiresione ("wool pole"). Women celebrated the Thesmophoria in honour
of Demeter and commemorated the passing of Adonis with laments
and miniature
gardens, while
images
were swung from trees at the Aiora to get rid of an ancient hanging
curse. Magic was widespread. Spells were inscribed on lead tablets. Statues
of
Hecate, goddess of witchcraft, stood outside
dwellings, while Pan's
image was
beaten with herbs in time of meat shortage.

THE PARALLEL IN THE TEMPLE IN ATHENS
Lysias Against Andocides 6.53] 52] Moreover,
transgressing the law that you made, whereby he
was debarred from the temples as a reprobate, he has violated all these
restrictions and has entered into our city; he has sacrificed on the
altars which were forbidden him, and come into the presence
of the
sacred things on which he committed his impiety; he has
entered
into
the Eleusinium, [sanctuary at Athens]

baptized his hands in the holy water.
Who
ought to tolerate these
doings?
What person, whether friend or relation or townsman, is to incur the
open enmity of the gods by showing him secret
favour? You
should
therefore, consider that to-day, in punishing Andocides and in
ridding yourselves of him,
you are cleansing

you are dispatching a foul scapegoat, [Pharmakos, sorcerer,

signifies a goat, or with aïx, a gale of
wind; and this
circumstance has led some critics to consider the myth about her as
made up of two distinct ones, one being of an astronomical nature and
derived from the constellation Capella, the rise of which
brings
storms and tempests (Arat. Phaen. 150), and the other referring
to the goat which was believed to have suckled the infant Zeus in Crete.
Because the Christian Church under Barton W. Stone and the Reformers
under the Campbells found commonality in a "back to the Bible"
understanding of faith and practice. The agreement to do things
together was clearly based NOT discussing doctrinal views: in the words
recorded it meant NOT to add anything which had no clear Biblical
command to do so.

does the Bible say: 2 Chronicles 5, could be a performance, God,

I
have covered the Temple Dedication where God CUT OFF access to His
symbolic presence, the Word and the Mercy Seat here.
Most preachers missed the fork at the road at Mount Sinai: when they
engaged in musical idolatry God turned them over to worship the starry
host. When they denounced God and demanded a human king God
told
them that they were beyond redemption. When they built the
temple
it was NOT commanded. You have to decide whether you want to
listen to the cursed Monarch's Scribes or Christ who denounced them in
the prophets.
Israel rose up to play in musical idolatry at Mount Sinai: this was the
same Levite or Levius or Dionysus worship practiced in Egypt and many
nations.

Chr 25:1 David, together with the commanders
of the army, set apart
some of the sons of Asaph, Heman and Jeduthun for the ministry of
prophesying, accompanied by harps, lyres and cymbals. Here is the list
of the men who performed this service:
Payne
insists that the Hebrew of 1 Chronicles 25:1 unambiguously identifies
these leaders as military commanders,
an interpretation
favoured by several Bible translations. (Payne, p 423-4; NASB, NIV,

had
a particular interest in the appointment of musicians, it suggests a
strong link between music and warfare

inspirations, the violent possession which threw sibyls and priestesses into contortions--the foaming lip and streaming hair and glazed
or glaring eyes-- have no
place in the self-controlling dignity
of Christian inspiration. Even Jewish prophets, in the paroxysm of
emotion, might lie naked on the ground and rave (1 Sam. xix. 24); but
the genuine inspiration in Christian ages never obliterates the
self-consciousness or overpowers the reason. It abhors the hysteria and stimulation
and frenzy
which have sometimes disgraced
revivalism and filled lunatic asylums." (Pulpit Commentary, 1

While
Ronnie Norman sides with the Kings the prophets by the Spirit of Christ
called robbers and parasites, Stephen refused to follow them and
preached:

the host of
heaven;
as it is
written in the book of
the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered
to me
slain beasts and sacrifices
by the space of forty years in the wilderness?
After God abandoned the national leadership to worship the Starry host,
and ordained the Qahal, synagogue or church in the wilderness for the
spiritual people to rest, read and rehearse the Word of God, there is
NOTHING in the curse of the NATIONAL sacrificial system which any
honest person would try to impose on the church.

Acts 7:50 Hath not my hand made all these things?
Human sacrifice of infants to Molech at Jerusalem was, at times,
replaced with a BURNT OFFERING. That, too, was part of the
paganism to which God had abandoned them althogh He still regulated to
protect the SPIRITUAL THREAD who attended school of the Bible or
synagogue beginning in the wilderness.
Why would Ronnie and Faust etal think that God was inside having what
sounds like a charismatic fit of joy IF God was NOT in the house: the
CLOUD meant that God "went into exile." Because God promised
a
FAMILY but not a HOUSE or Temple then and now people were resisting the
Holy Spirit.

what god is worshipped
by the Jews: When
all the company requested and earnestly
begged it of him; first of all (says he), the time and manner of the
greatest and most holy solemnity of the Jews is exactly agreeable
to the holy rites
of
Bacchus;
for that which they call the
Fast they celebrate in the midst of the vintage, furnishing their
tables with all sorts of fruits while they sit under tabernacles made
of vines
and ivy; and the day which immediately goes before this they call the
day of Tabernacles.
Within a few days after they celebrate another feast, not darkly
but openly, dedicated to Bacchus, for they have a
feast amongst them called Kradephoria, from carrying palm-trees, and Thyrsophoria, when they
enter into the temple carrying thyrsi.
What they do within I know not; but it is very
probable that they perform
the rites of
Bacchus. First
they have little
trumpets, such
as the Grecians used to have at their Bacchanalia

Others go before them playing
upon harps,
which
they call Levites, whether so named from Lusius or Evius,--either word agrees
with Bacchus.

And I suppose that their Sabbaths have some
relation to Bacchus; for even now many call the Bacchi by the name of Sabbi, and
they make use of that word at the celebration of Bacchus's orgies.
And this may be discovered out of Demosthenes
and Menander. Nor would it be out of place, were any one to say that
the name Sabbath was given to this feast from the agitation and excitement

Bacchus display.

Freemasons noting that there is no
evidence of a Hebrew temple in Jerusalem:
The name of Solomon is made up of the three ancient Sun names: The
Roman SOL, the Hindu OM, and
the Chaldeo-Egyptian ON.
1.) The founders of Jerusalem were the Turanian Hurrians.
The Bible calls them Jebusites. Manetho the
Egyptian priest (300 BC.) called them Royal Shepherds, he also called them
Royal Scythians and Phoenices
The city which they founded was called Solyma. Alexander the Great put
the world "Iero" or "Hiero" (Holy) in front of the city's name and
pronounced it "Hiero-solyma". The city was called Solyma or Hierosolyma
for many years. Josephus Flavius the Hebrew historian (37-100 AD.) in
his writings always uses the name Solyma instead of Jerusalem. In 70
AD. when the Roman Titus destroyed the Temple and demolishing the city,
the soldiers were shouting "Hierosolyma est perdita!" meaning
"Hierosolyma (Jerusalem) is destroyed!"
2.) In 1,015 BC. David purchased a small part of the city of Uru-Salem
from Urukhi or Uriah, king of the Jebusites. The
Bible says: "and the children of Benjamin did not drive out the
Jebusites that inhabited Jerusalem; but the Jebusites dwell
with the children of Benjamin in Jerusalem unto this day"
(Judges 1:21). So, the Jebusites still dwelled Jerusalem in the 7th
century AD. in the period when the Masoretic Bible was constructed. The
Jebusites shared their Sun-God Temple with the Hebrews,
who
were
worshipped Tammuz Moloch and
other gods. This Temple was built on Mt .Moriah to the Jebusites'
Sun-God "Nib-Utu" (Shamash)
When the MARK of the loud NOISE never called music making ONE NOTE was
heard, God SHUT DOWN access to God's Grace, the Word once under the
mercy seat and to God Himself: only one high priest could go before the
Lord once a year. Jesus died to destroy that CURSE so that we can ALL
come boldly before the throne of Grace without any pseudo-Christs
claiming to "lead you into the presence of God."

Chronicles 5: was the Temple
Dedication a pattern for the
New Testament Church? No, God promised David a tent but Solomon built a
house at a pagan site but God does not dwell in houses built by human
hands. Nor, is God worshipped by the Works of human hands.
The NACC has actively promoted Solomon's Temple Dedication
animal
sacrifice with loud noise as a patternism for New Testament Worship and
the basis for ecumenical unity.
Second Chronicles Chapter 5.
The dedication of Solomon's HOUSE is not that which God promised David
as a TENT. Even Jacob warns us not to attend the assemblies

Revelation 22 is a direct parallel to the Temple

Slaughter:
the DOGS or cynics or the old style praise singers called sorcerers in
Revelation 18 under the Mother of Harlots (Revelation 17).
The
CONTRAST is that ONLY the Alpha and Omega sends His messengers to the
churches to protect "speaking that which has been taught."
Revelation
22 In most of the Bible there is a clear
contrast: the
evil thread which began with Jacob's prophecies and warning NOT
to
attend the assemblies of the tribe of Levi,
and a clear definition of the synagogue or Ekklesia where Jesus Christ,
the Alpha and Omega provides "angels" and instructs them what to speak.

how HOLDING the harps in
Revelation 5 repudiates literal instruments.
The problem was that no human could LOOSE the seals of the
book:
that includes preachers. Only the Lamb of God can loose the
seals. HOLDING never means playing a harp; it means A holy spirit of a
mind which can understand the Word. The result is that when we let
Jesus do the speaking our own spirit vibrates in harmony with God's
Word which is spirit. The OPPOSITE meaning of HOLDING points to Apollo
or the Devil using literal instruments to set AMBUSH.
It is not possible to judge motives
but because
there are always those
pleading for help, it is important to speak the truth about the Bible
and how it seems to be easy to adopt the CURSED THREAD of the Monarchy
and fail to listen to the Spirit of Christ in all of the prophets
repudiating the rituals.
A
QUICK REVIEW OF RONNIE NORMAN'S discussion of GENRES of Old
Testament literature. However, ALL of them radically associate musical
instruments with Lucifer, warriors, exorcism animal noise makers,
prostitutes or Sodomites. He claims that he KNOWS THE BIBLE
and
claims that the Holy Spirit leads him (or someone) to understand the
text. He ends with a STAFF study Matthew 7 about NOT JUDGING
apparently to cut off at the pass anyone who opposes his twisting of
all the Bible to JUDGE others by sowing discord. We have done a quick
review of Matthew 7 and it is amazing that they did not grasp that
Jesus addresses the Scribes and Pharisees as religious sectarians and
MARKS them as hypocrites. Jesus markes them by pointing to
Isaiah
and Ezekiel who points out performance preachers, singers and
instrument players: all with a sexual and mercinary connotation.

THE
WARNING BY A "FIRST ALERT"
Here is a post on a forum
"I
just received an email from a concerned
friend at church who was telling me that there was going to be a
meeting explaining how instrumental music was going to be added. May
4th is the target date. The note said that this information
needed to
be on the "QT" because the congregation did
not know
this was about to
happen. There will be a meeting later this month and a DVD presentation
by Rick Atchley. The minister at First Colony is not as
dynamic a
speaker as Rick Atchley and needs help to get this message across,
because the majority of the congregation has already heard about this
instrumental music service. The shepherds have become sheep!
I am
curious as to why the darkness! Bring this out into
the light if this
is good and just!. John 3 states that evil is afraid to be found out
and that is why they stay in the dark.
The
email said that the
congregation would be completing a
brief
survey--I guess to determine a consensus? Is this the Oracle
of Dephi
technique being used on good people?
The
Shepherding Movement
The
manipulation is certainly one of the brain washing
techniques. Ronnie Norman worked in Max
Lucado's area to a mislead "conservative" church of
Christ defining Lyn Andersons Shepherding Movement which he got from
Promise Keepers and identical to the Crossroads and IOCc sect.
Music is historically just to BIND the "community church"
meaning commune to the dominant tribal leader.
The real reason for the MUSIC of
course is that
the Community Church
defined as COMMUNE will not work--as we learned in
Cave Man 101--with
the use of the musical prophesiers to lead you into the presence of the
gods and BIND you to the AGENT of the gods. When the Mega
Church
breaks down you typically have to break up into CIRCLES in smaller
groups. Joseph Campbell notes that when a group loses connection to
their roots they "crack away to an archaic form of superstitious
tribalism."
"When
tribes grew
too large for effective
co-operation (and
inbred), they often became subdivided into smaller
kinship groups (clans,
sibs, gentes)
which continued to regard each
other as close allies. Government was exercised by individual chieftains
assisted by councils of
elders" (p. 26).
"In
this fashion evey common
tribal interest--the recurrence of the seasons, the increase of the
food supply, successful hunting--was likely to become embodied
in
some regularly
repeated ceremony, which usually included group dancing, singing, and feasting.
Besides
enabling men to express, and thereby to allay, ANGER and ANXIETY, such ceremonies also
promoted tribal UNITY and
strengthened the loyalty of the individual to
TRIBAL TRADITION,
for
the emotional
excitement they
aroused had the
effect of breaking
down the
barriers between
individuals
and
thus fusing
all tribesmen into a collective
whole.
Meanwhile, whole
systems of magical
devices were gradually
elaborated." (Parkes, p. 29)
'Certain
members of a tribe,
marked out either by unusual skills or by some emotional
abnormality, ususally
became particularly adept
at
these operations, and gradually assumed specialized functions.
RELEASED from the duty of hunting, and concentrating on the practice
of MAGIC, the shaman, SORCERER, or medicine man was the
world's first professional."
(Parkes, H. Bamfort,
of Gods and Men, p. 29).
The
development both of
religion and of the arts
can be traced back in a continuous line to the hunting era. The group ritual of the primeval
tribesmen were the origin
not only of all
religious ceremonial, but also of the drama
and of poetry and music,
while magic
gave birth to the visual arts." (Parkes, Henry
Bamford, On Gods and
Men, p. 30).
"Awed
by the mysteries of his
own
spirit no less than by
those of nature, primitive man was likely to attribute to divine
influence
any
abnormal
emotional state, whether
above or below
the usual
level. Medicine men customarily went into states
of trance in which they
were believed
to be in communication with the
gods,
and many tribes supposed lunatics and sexual
deviants to be
divinely possessed.
It is an absolute certainty
that all religious music was conducted by women or if males we are told
that they were drunk or perverted. That is why all of the PLAY and
SPORTING words in the Bible point specificially to the DOGS or Wolves
which identify elders who have let the CYNICS in and who were
identified by their "singing style."
All of these
people read off the script suppled by the NACC most
recently by David
Faust promoting UNITY and USING a few dupes. Ronnie is simply
following in the steps of the small band: Milton Jones, Chris Seidman,
Max Lucado, Rick Atchley and Mark Henderson. They all use the same
words. This movement was
finally brought to a head when they discovered that literate Bible
students could not be SEDUCED.
This began with a secret agenda to restructure
all
churches of Christ
into Christian Churches. It has features lots of help by
once-Christian universities, the Tulsa Soulstealing Workshop, the
Jubilee and other programmed effort to slowly "boil the frog" and make
the Church of Christ members feel evil for following the Bible and all
of church history in rejecting "machines for doing hard work" which
John identifies as SORCERERS using "lusted after fruits" under the
Mother of Harlots (Rev 17-18)
To their credit out of over 13,000
congregations
the have SEDUCED none
but the congregations of that band of merry men who started the massive
sowing of discord to steal the church houses of widows."

This
Sunday I Start A Two Week Series
Called “Music Matters” And We
Will Ask For Your Feedback Next Sunday, May 4… I
plan to talk very openly about our musical
heritage
in the churches
of Christ (much of
which is so very positive).
We’ll
bathe
this
discussion in the light of scripture and ask for
your prayers.
[This will be a bath of 100% lying about the cursed Monarchy Scribes
while they are not even aware that only the PROPHETS by the Spirit OF
Christ defined the church and repudiated the king-priests-and
Levites as robbers and PARASITES]
Last summer
& fall, all
the
elders began to study, reflect, discuss and pray about asking
the
church to consider offering well-done, tasteful, live
instrumentation
in one of our worship services and if so, when should that service be
offered. By “well-done” I mean a service where the instrumentation complements
rather than overwhelms and where participatory singing
remains a high value.
Bottom
line: all the elders felt fine
about allowing a
service with
live instrumentation (but only if well-done and only if a strong exclusively
acappella presence
continues in other services) and we’ve
even talked about some possible specifics with one another and our
deacons. However, the reality is we are not married to anything
specific regarding dates and times. We have certainly given this some
thought but nothing is set in stone. We are not even married to
offering an instrumental service. But we are married to a clear and
open process where we ask the entire church to consider the possibility
of live instrumentation in one of the worship services of our church
family. We ask you to consider this through a process of evaluating
scripture, praying for God’s leading, considering one another, and
providing feedback.
Specifically,
on Sunday May 4 we will ask you to fill out a brief
survey telling us your perspectives regarding “church music”. That
survey will also be available on-line and here’s what it will do: it
will help us know more accurately where we are as a church family and
what you think. When it comes to even considering any kind of
transition in our church culture, our elders will move slowly &
gently and will provide time for study, evaluation, prayer and dialog.
I’m looking forward to presenting these two messages and I hope you’ll
be encouraged.
That means
the DECISION has been
made and the honorable elders have agreed to resign rather than toss
the discorders out. Here is the survey and you will note the
high pressure used on the options:
Notice:
here is how WE want you to vote:
After
much study and prayer, we are asking the church to consider
the
use of tasteful, live musical instrumentation
in one of the worship
services in our church family. We are not asking you to attend an
instrumental service but to allow it for others.
We have no desire to
transition all services to instrumental. We want to
know your
perspectives. Please complete the confidential survey below for your
elders. Thank you
- My
preference is instrumental
and I would often attend the instrumental service
- I
enjoy both
acappella and
instrumental and would attend either
- My
preference is acappella
but I
can allow an instrumental option for others
- My
choice is acappella and I do
not believe that an instrumental option should be offered to
others.
Shouldn't
the question be:
- Do
you believe that the preacher has the authority to intimidate the
elders into doing something contrary to the founding principles of the
owners?
- Do you
think elders have the authority to
teach that which is REJECTED by the Bible and church history.
- Or, do
you believe that the 2,000 year old
history of not using machines in worship should continue?
- Or,
do you believe that Jesus exampled, Paul commanded and the church
practiced vocal teaching one another in Psalms, Hymns and Spiritual
Songs?
- Or,
if you PREFER using instruments and cannot worship without them would
you consider buying your own building and NOT deliberately sow discord.
You must understand that the MOTIVE
of the Shepherding movement--at any
level--is to seek out and collect information about anyone foolish
enough to "confess" or be held "accountable." Erasmus wrote a wonderful
piece on the CONFESSIONAL which was and is always a way to find that
HIDDEN sin and use it to blackmail elders
and others who stand in their way into silence.
SOME
FEEDBACK WHERE YOU MAY SHARE YOUR VIEWS:
"I
have been
involved with what has happened at several churches, not all are
Churches of Christ, and there are some very familiar similarities to
what has happened at First Colony Church of Christ.
What is
happening
is a programmed change. There are specific guidelines on how to make
changes and when to “back off” the pace of the changes. If you are in
the know you will know that specific aspects of the way we do ‘church’
has changed and some changes are still coming and will be rolled out as
the congregation can accept the change. When Ronnie started sitting
down to do his sermon last year (which is fine), was that due to his
health condition or was that because of coaching from an
external
source? When
the children’s classes started having Guitar
players sing
children’s songs to them while they were in Sunday school and
the
players quickly exit before the parents picked them up, (Are
parents
aware what is going on? I wasn’t) was that not a change that the
community church has facilitated? If you are interested in what I am
suggesting, read the article about what happened to Madison church of
Christ. That article was posted in 2002 and the path that man describes
is similar to the one First Colony is on.
What
I am concerned with is the method and the time line, which suggest an
agenda.
One question: How
could 28 elders that grew up in the Church of Christ,
several were very conservative, agree on overturning such historically
controversial issues? This is where I believe the “darkness” exists. I
see the Delphi technique being
administered. As warm and friendly as
surveys and polls of the congregation seem, they have a purpose. I will
cut and paste a definition here: If your not familiar with what it is -
it is a manipulative method used by Governments, Organizations and
Unions to cause a ‘pre-selected outcome' at a meeting, event, or
function. Its usage is also implemented in any on line instrument such
as a chat room, forum or newsgroup that has 'Moderators.'
Darkness!
I think there has been some
planning since 1999!
Planning that has included deception of a lot of
people. A lot of people at church are broken hearted and hurting and
somehow changing the way we do a service helps! I think the Bible is
speaking to First Colony church in Revelation 3:14. You know the riches
people on the earth are not the people that have the most, but the
people that need the least.
One
last thing, I sat in the audience at Rick Atchley’s church
for six
years. He could inspire people to get out on a Sunday
afternoon for
weeks and help widows with their needs—and it was not a church program
it was people doing what they felt they needed to do. It was not a
habitat for humanity, it was people wanting to develop relationships
with each other and work for good. I have witnessed his dynamic, change
a great church and turn it downward into what it is now!

The
Delphi technique is
named after
the
Oracle of Delphi: this was the "seeker center" of Apollo who is the Abaddon or Apollyon
(Satan) in the book of Revelation. It was
from her that the girl with he divining
spirit of Pythian spirit Paul
cast out.
HERE
IS WHAT JOHN WARNED ABOUT:
Rev.
17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and
I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast,
full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Rev.
17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and
decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in
her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
Rev.
17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON
THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE
EARTH.
HERE
IS THE MARK OF THE
OPERATIVES:
Rev. 18:14
And the fruits
that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which
were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them
no more at all
THUS
hath the Lord God shewed
unto me: and behold a basket of summer fruit.
Amos 8:1
And
he said, Amos, what seest
thou? And I said, A basket
of summer fruit.
Then said the Lord unto me, The end is come upon my people of
Israel;
I will not again
pass by them any more.
Amos 8:2
A
basket:
Keluwb (h3619) kel-oob';
from the same as
3611; a bird-trap (as furnished with a clap-stick
or treadle to
spring it); hence a basket (as resembling a wicker cage): - basket,
cage.
As
a cage is full of birds, so
are their houses full of
deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich. Je.5:27
Keleb (h3611) keh'leb; from
an unused root
mean. to yelp, or else to attack; a dog; hence (by euphemism) a male
prostitute: - dog.
For
dogs have compassed me: the assembly
[multitude, swarm] of the
wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my
hands and my feet.
Ps.22:16
Yea,
they are greedy dogs which
can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot
understand:
they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his
quarter. Is.56:11
Rev.
18:22 And the voice of harpers,
and musicians, and of pipers,
and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in
thee; and no craftsman,
of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the
sound of a millstone [prostitute] shall be heard no more at all in
thee;
Rev. 18:23
And the light of a candle shall shine no
more at all
in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be
heard no more at all in thee:
for thy merchants
were the
great men of
the earth;
for by
thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
Rev. 18:24
And in her was found the blood of prophets,
and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the
earth.

LET SATAN SNUFF OUT YOUR CANDLESTICK: THERE IS NO LAW OF GIVING TO BE

The present major HANDLER using dupes is David
Faust of the NACC.
David was invited by an "insider" at Freed Hardeman
University to
speak of "unity." Of course, David unleashed his who "white paper" full
of "black lies" which was published and used to fool churches of
Christ. They all lie about the Old Testament. You

Musical Instruments are THE MARK of those who have decided to "shut
God's face." Therefore, you are following the 666 pattern of
Chiun and Molech which is the PATTERNISM of burning infants God used as
a type of Hell where He will beat his enemies there with wind, string
and percussion instruments Lucifer--the singing and harp playing
prostitute--brought into the garden to wholly seduce Eve.

I was asked
to look at the "leadership" structure and comment:
Ronnie
Norman is
our Senior Minister.
Ronnie's gifts of preaching and providing leadership to the church
family continue to be a catalyst for effective ministry. Serving the
church since 1985, Ronnie is the only Senior Minister in the
history of First Colony.
1985 is about the time a small band of merry men concocted their plan
and made masterful use of Machiavelli and Mein Kampf.
Ronnie Norman became a
Directing elder in
2004
A nasty conflict of
interest. The Astrix
denotes the older,
original elders which existed before the planned conversion to a
Shepherding movement
Dates they became elders: 2007, 2005,
2001, 1992,
2007, 2007, *1996,

You have a brand new CROP
and THAT is part of
the Purpose Driven scam.
Shepherding elders have been well
defined by men
like Rubel Shelly as
SHEPHERDING THE MINISTER "who by training and charisma is best suited
to be THE leader." By working with the deacons and staff you can see
that you have been transistion from a Scriptural church of Christ where
the elders are the TOTAL overseers and feeders of the flock who are
named along with the deacons. This was charted by Rick Atchley using
the PYRAMID because the NEW INSTITUTE is a virtual ziggurat or Tower of
Babel where the agent of the gods sits up on top where the collection
plate is located. The slaves sing and play instruments on their way to
"lay by in store" being told that they will meet the gods or angels
ascending and descending. The Mother of Harlots lives again.
Lynn Anderson used some slick willie

get a very
conservative eldership to permit him to hold

This was San
Antonio June 19-21, 2003, so
you can see that
an
OVERPOWERING crop of new elders undoubtedly infused by Ronnie Norman
was just in time to "start boiling the frogs" because deception takes
time and lots of planning. The SHEPHERDING elders will be the ones in
contact and the old faithful elders have been KICKED UPSTAIRS.
I quote: "The
first annual National Shepherd's

of
shepherding, mentoring and equipping. The agenda featured eight case
studies from congregations at one stage or another along "Transition

Now you know that the old Managing
Board has been
usurped by a
"Shepherd's Circle of Shepherding." Old Lynn lifts lots of stuff
directly from Wicca or Witchcraft
"patternism."

from an observer or Rick
Atchley total defection:
The
email has been prolific with one more topic that has been stated by
an elder, “our church will be more market driven”.
Truly that would not
trump a Faith driven church. Please once again Google “Market Driven
Church”. A minister from a Bible church in Illinois described it best.
I believe the minister’s last name is Gilley. I do not know if the
elder is researching what he is saying about ‘market driven’ or if it
just a buzz word that has no meaning to him.

Here is how
the Delphi
technique works
(and boy its effective). It is based upon the Hegelian
Dialectic of creating ones own opposition in order
to manipulate that opposition to
a unified consensus. One
exposing document from the Education Reporter
accurately describes it:
In group settings, the Delphi Technique is an unethical
method of
achieving consensus on controversial topics. It requires well-trained professionals,
known as "facilitators" or "change
agents," who
deliberately escalate tension among group members, pitting one faction
against another to make a preordained viewpoint appear "sensible,”
while making opposing views appear ridiculous.

promoting. Don't forget that Max Lucado was a Vice President and

Chris Seidman had
turned the trick: they wrote a white paper filled with black lies and

Max Lucado had a
VISION to
remove CHRIST out of the way and ADD
instruments: you understand just soft strings in maybe a class room.
Lies. Wrote out his vision which parallels Chris Seidman which
parallels the script handed to them by the NACC.
Rick Atchley--college
roomie of Max--went
next.
The Holy

Lynn
Anderson's
Shepherding Movement: DON'T JOIN ANY CIRCLES!
Lynn
Anderson: Accountability
Group
(no more than 3) What are some good
questions to ask each time 2
or 3 of us men meet to hold each other accountable.
What are the do's
and don'ts of such a commitment...size limits...suggestions for such a
commitment. If women want to do this, what accountability questions
would be asked in this case? Your ideas and experiences and suggested
resources please. We are ministers wanting to lead holy lives before
our community in the hope that we may have opportunities to minister
and teach.
Maybe
something I say about
this can be of help.
I
think we all know that
accountability is an essential part
of
Christianity in that we are to help each other grow and
become
sharpened as iron sharpens iron.
Accountability
questions
need to be positive focused, direct, and
geared toward motivating people to grow.
This
type of accountability
can be hard but it is
where people really grow. Especially us ministers have a hard time admitting
our faults for fear of discovery and losing our jobs and/or reputations.
The end result is that many of us live double lives with secret sin
being our second god that we worship when no one else is looking.
Obviously
in some cases this deeper type of accountability
is only appropriate within all male or all female groups.
Accountability
groups
only work when there is trust and
openness. This may take a while to develop.
Give
it time and START SLOW
until you feel that your relationship can progress into these more
INTIMATE areas.
Here's
the list from
Steve Farrar's "Point Man" (Promise Keepers)
1.
Have you been with a
woman this week in such a
way that was
inappropriate or could have looked to others that
you were using poor
judgment?
2. Have you
been completely above
reproach
in all your financial
dealings this week?
3. Have you
exposed yourself to any explicit
material this week?
4. Have you
spent daily time in prayer and in the
Scriptures this week?
5. Have you
fulfilled the mandate of your calling
this week?
6. Have you
taken time off to be with your family this week?
7. Have
you just lied to me?
As implemented OPERATIVES
claim to use
violence on non-conformers: nothing more violent than lying to steal
the church house of widows.
Actually,
Hope Network
Ministries exists to coach, mentor and equip spiritual
leaders. For that reason we do not use our web site to
process doctrinal issues, denominational peculiarities or personalities.
Rather
we use this forum to
encourage christian leaders, share ministry
resources, coach and respond to questions regarding strategies,
systems, skills etc. - things of this nature.
I
will add notes to prove that all of these
people are deliberately
lying about all of the "instrument" passages in the Bible and known
history. They are RESTORING the Monarchy thread of the sacrificial
system which God imposed as a curse because of musical idolatry at
Mount Sinai.
